Global TaeKwon-Do Martial Arts Inc. is a newly formed organization in Saskatchewan appointed by GTF Canada. GTMA strives to improve the TaeKwon-Do experience for everyone. Our founding members include:
Mr. Clint Diekema, 4th Dan, Head Instructor, GTMA President, 2002 World Champion, 2003 W.T.A. Champion, 2004 Gold and Silver World Champion,2005 Sask GTF Gold Champion, 2006 Gold and Silver World Champion,2006 TK1 Champion, 2008 World Cup Champion, Team Canada Member and Captain.
Mr. Chris Mackintosh, 4th Dan, GTMA Secretary, Mr. Mackintosh did not start any formal training in the martial arts till he was 36 years old. Mr. Mackintosh has a Black stripe with World Taekwon-do Federation and is currently a 4th Dan with Global TaeKwon-Do Federation. Chris has adapted his expertise as an adult educator to training others in the martial arts and has developed a unique training style that fits for all ages.
Mr. Wayne Ilnisky, 3rd Dan, GTMA Vice-President, 1998 National Champion, 1999 North American Champion, 2002 Sask GTF Gold Champion, 2004 Sask GTF Silver Medalist, 2006 Sask GTF Gold Champion, 2006 Silver World Champion, 2006 TK1 Silver Medalist. Mr. Ilnisky began his training in 1994 and is currently training to test for his 3rd Dan.
GTMA received approval to represent The Global TaeKwon-Do Federation in Saskatchewan by Master Vito Pallella, president of GTF Canada and Mrs. Park, GTF president. Our goal is to grow an organization where every student and instructor can equally share in the benefits gained through competing, fundraising and cooperation.
GTMA follows the steadfast rules and traditional values taught by GTF founder and teacher, Grand Master Park Jung Tae. It was through his humble spirit that we were privileged to learn the meaning of a true Martial Artist. His dedication has grown the Global TaeKwon-Do Federation into a thriving union all around the world.
